1.个人简历

杨正婷,贵州师范大学教授, 硕士生导师。2015年获复旦大学博士学位, 进入贵州师范大学生命科学学院,从事教学和科研工作。 2022年9月至2023年9月赴英国John Innes Centre(JIC)进行访问学者研究。先后获国家自然科学基金(地区项目)、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、贵州省科技厅重点项目、贵州省教育厅拔尖项目、贵州省高层次人才“千”层次人才项目以及贵州省学术新苗等项目资助。研究方向涉及植物逆境生物学、细胞极性分子与细胞生长的关系,以及药用植物代谢通路分析等领域

2. 实验室介绍

以拟南芥、贵州鱼腥草和青钱柳等为研究材料,运用分子生物学、生物化学和蛋白质组学等手段,深入研究内质网胁迫与环境胁迫的关系,以及植物代谢信号通路分析等方面,尤其专注于药用植物的代谢物研究。实验室的重点在于挖掘植物响应环境胁迫的关键调控基因和遗传效应,同时深入探索鱼腥草等药用植物代谢通路中的关键转录因子和结构基因。
