余正文,男,1973年10月生,博士,教授,博士生导师。

研究方向:围绕西南特色植物资源与退化生态系统生态过程,系统开展植物次生代谢调控机制、化学生态适应策略及功能物质形成规律研究,推动基础机制解析与资源高值化利用的融合发展。具体包括:

1. 逆境环境下药食同源植物次生代谢调控机制

以显齿蛇葡萄、金银花、油茶、石崖茶、多穗石柯甜茶等为研究对象,研究干旱、贫瘠及重金属等胁迫对植物次生代谢途径及活性成分积累的影响。综合运用代谢组学、转录组学及分子生物学方法,构建关键代谢调控网络,阐明功能物质形成机制,并开展活性成分分离鉴定与生物学功能评价。

2. 植物化学生态学与退化生态系统修复机制

聚焦喀斯特石漠化与矿区污染生态系统,解析植物在逆境条件下的适应策略及植物-土壤-微生物互作机制,揭示根际化学信号调控过程,构建植物-微生物协同生态修复模式。

3. 特色植物功能物质生物活性及健康效应机制

围绕植物活性成分的抗氧化、抗炎及代谢调节作用,结合细胞与动物模型,解析其作用通路与分子机制,为特色植物资源品质提升与健康应用提供理论依据。
